With more than 16 years’ experience in global online marketing, he is a seasoned expert in international media and multilingual content strategy. He is also a polyglot with active knowledge of 14 languages, a frequent speaker at events, and the author of multiple thought-leadership pieces with a focus on international media as well as multi-market scaled content production solutions.
Chief Strategy Officer
Lindsay is a multifaceted and visionary leader who inspires others with her ability to make the key decisions that turn good ideas into profitable growth businesses. A savvy communicator who brings together diverse teams around a common goal, she has over 13 years experience in helping brands access global consumers. Her relentless drive has led to many successes, most recently including the acquisition of PEP Group into Locaria, and winning Stagwell Marketing Cloud’s 2022 SAAS innovation Shark Tank with SmartAssets.
Head of Finance
Lee-Ann Lucas is our Head of Finance who is leading the team to support the high growth of the business. She is an experienced Finance Leader with over 17 years of international experience, having worked in the UK, Spain and Singapore. She started her career in Investment Banking, then spent most of her career in the Spirits Industry. Lee-Ann loves that Finance is at the heart of all conversations and is passionate about helping drive the strategy of the business with strong financial decision making.
Content Delivery Director
With more than 15 years in the language industry, Nicola oversees the content delivery across all channels and services. He is responsible for client satisfaction, quality tracking and delivery processes. He is an established expert in language technology and works with global clients to define and roll out bespoke, integrated delivery solutions, leveraging AI and automation.
EVP Creative Content
Mykhailo Pimenov is a creative pioneer with more than 20 years’ experience in creative content and advertising. He spent the earlier years of his career working at JWT, Bates and Y&R, before launching his own production company based on a growing need for international and localised content, and inspired by a deep understanding of the advertising industry.
Growth & Partnerships Director
Simon leads Locaria’s pursuit for growth, overseeing the new business strategy, partnerships, product positioning and B2B marketing activity designed to grow the agencies brand awareness. A jack of all trades, covering sales, marketing, and strategy, his experience is taken from over a decade of working at global digital and media agencies including MediaCom and Forward3D (now Assembly Global), working with brands to build tactical solutions to solve international marketing, e-commerce content and creative production challenges.
Senior Director Global Operations
Catherine leads our Global Operations and, with more than 15 years’ experience working within client services for the creative industries, has a keen understanding of what it takes to deliver effective brand and marketing communications. She is passionate about driving efficiency, effectiveness and the highest quality work, while also promoting an open, supportive and rewarding environment across global teams – it’s no surprise that Locaria won the BELA Best Employer for Training & Personal Development 2022!
