Chief Executive Officer
Hannes, Founder and CEO of Locaria, has over 18 years of expertise in international marketing and localisation. He has partnered with brands like adidas, Gucci, and Nike, specialising in multilingual content strategy, media planning, and omnichannel marketing. Prior to Locaria, Hannes set up and led international divisions at Forward3D (now Assembly), expanding operations in key global markets, including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. A polyglot with active knowledge of 14 languages, he has lived and worked in 20+ countries and frequently shares his insights as a speaker and author.
Lee-Ann Lucas
VP of Finance
Lee-Ann Lucas is leading the team to support the high growth of the business. She is an experienced Finance Leader with over 17 years of international experience, having worked in the UK, Spain and Singapore. She started her career in Investment Banking, then spent most of her career in the Spirits Industry. Lee-Ann loves that Finance is at the heart of all conversations and is passionate about helping drive the strategy of the business with strong financial decision making.
Mikhail Pimenov
EVP Creative Content
Mykhailo Pimenov is a creative pioneer with more than 20 years’ experience in creative content and advertising. He spent the earlier years of his career working at JWT, Bates and Y&R, before launching his own production company based on a growing need for international and localised content, and inspired by a deep understanding of the advertising industry.
Nicola Pegoraro
Senior Director, Content & Technology
With more than 15 years in the language industry, Nicola oversees the content delivery across all channels and services. He is responsible for client satisfaction, quality tracking and delivery processes. He is an established expert in language technology and works with global clients to define and roll out bespoke, integrated delivery solutions, leveraging AI and automation.
Simon Ambrose
Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
Simon leads Locaria’s pursuit for growth, overseeing the new business strategy, partnerships, product positioning and B2B marketing activity designed to grow the agencies brand awareness. A jack of all trades, covering sales, marketing, and strategy, his experience is taken from over a decade of working at global digital and media agencies including MediaCom and Forward3D (now Assembly Global), working with brands to build tactical solutions to solve international marketing, e-commerce content and creative production challenges.
